About these terms By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The site is run by Neeraa, Sigma One Society, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra 411038.

Products Our pieces are handmade, so small variations in colour, pattern, gold leaf, and pearl placement are natural and make each piece unique. These aren't defects. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Pricing All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but you'll always pay the price shown when you placed your order.

Orders We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If this happens after you've paid, you'll get a full refund.

Payments We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery. Prepaid orders get ₹100 off.

Shipping, returns and refunds These are covered in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Care and use Follow the care instructions provided with each product. We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse, exposure to direct heat or flame, or harsh cleaning products.

Intellectual property All content on this website, including designs, photos, and text, belongs to Neeraa and can't be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
