Shipping policy

Where we ship We deliver across India (PAN India). We don't ship internationally at the moment.

Delivery charges Delivery is free on all orders across India.

Dispatch time Every piece is handmade, so orders are dispatched within 12–24 hours of being placed (orders placed on Sunday are dispatched on Monday).

Delivery time Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Tracking You'll get a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery COD is available on all orders at no extra charge. Prepaid orders get ₹100 off.

Delays Delivery times are estimates. Festive rush, weather, or courier issues can occasionally cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us and we'll follow it up with the courier.

Wrong address Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
